What would make a brief for a luxury residential block stand out from the rest? How about a suspended garden wonderland that defies gravity and rethinks the urban forest. Volumetric light play was a key motivation for us in this project.

Your journey into the arms of nature amongst a bustling city, only requires an elevator up to the 3rd floor. The open air space invites insects, birds and a natural ecosystem to form. This is not only beautiful but has the potential to become an internal urban farm for produce and a passive cooling device for the building in this Mediterranean climate.

A personal favourite at Arch Element when it comes to awe inspiring and dramatic lobby design. Geometrically, the staircase seems to fall from the ceiling, leaving a gap for sun to flood in from above - dappled by the above suspended garden.

The apartments come dressed with a clean minimalist design that prioritises light, flow and entertainment for the user to see as a canvas to elaborate on, with their wants, needs and style. High ceilings, gentle ambient lighting and open an plan layout make for a perfect 21st century lock-up and go with a touch of opulence.
