You will be assigned tasks to meet project goals based on incoming client's needs. We will try place you with clients that have similar needs to the skills you possess.

You will be working on a contractual basis, as a representative of Arch Element. You'll be given freedom in terms of your schedule planning as long as you show independence and responsibility by reporting back to a supervisor at regular intervals and reach your deadlines. You can think of it like being an independent design contractor. When you hire a contractor, they do not have to ask if they are allowed to take leave... but they also can't miss their deadline. If they do, you probably wouldn't use their services again. The more reliable and efficient you are, the more work we will entrust you with. We will let you decide if you would like to be placed with more full-time clients or just some part-time tasks.

Due to the nature of the industry we work in, your clients could expect daily deadlines, monthly, or anywhere in-between. It will be up to you to maintain a professional standard with them or request another team members assistance. We will be here for support every step of the way!
